The breakfast spread had a huge variety of goodies. The room was spacious, brand-new, and came with a clean and comfortable bathroom and bed. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to the "true" Negombo near the fish market, with beautiful sea scenarios and the beach under coconut trees. There were plenty of food options nearby.

Great view from the room and the breeze from the ocean was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient, only a short distance from the city center.
Communication was a bit difficult with staff due to language barriers. Prices were a bit high and service could have been better.

Just stayed a few hours before our flight. Nice, neat room with a lovely garden view. Walked on the sandy beach just in front of the room. Owner arranged transport to the airport at 2 a.m. Great place to rest after landing, with a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Enjoyed breakfast with a view and had interesting conversations with other guests.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
